We have worked with many therapy providers over the years and Roots has been one of the best. I feel that the staff really listens to me as the parent and considers me an expert on my child. This is how all parents should be treated. I also feel that all the staff members who work with my son are deeply caring and compassionate individuals for whom this is more than just a job. They really listen to my concerns or requests and implement them immediately. They are flexible, responsive, and I feel that they truly understand the challenges of raising a disabled child and want to support me in any way they can.
